BBQ's and Weddings are our specialty.  We are known for our outstanding food and menu creations.  All menu items are prepared to order and made from the freshest ingredients.  This is a family run business and our repertoire of well-tried recipes are an accumulation of generational  contributions.  

Service and Staffing is another aspect of our full service catering company.  We take a great deal of pride in being able to provide our customers with the most professional and courteous selection of servers, bartenders, and delivery people.
